Our staff are trained by the clinic next door. When something needs a practitioner, the right person is a few steps from the counter.

We know where every item comes from.
Supplier, batch and traditional use are written on the label. Staff can tell you what a preparation is for, and what it isn’t.

How a visit worksHow a visit works
Three steps, no hurry.
- 1Tell us what brought you in. Tea is on us.
- 2A licensed practitioner listens, examines and explains.
- 3You leave with a plan, and only the preparations you need.
What we do not do
No diagnosis at the counter.
Staff will happily explain what a preparation is traditionally used for. They will not tell you what is wrong with you. That is the practitioner’s job, and the door is right there.
